"Feel Through to Heal Through"

I heard something so simple but that really resonated with me this morning. Things we thought of as mistakes were not mistakes, but they were just part of our journey. There is so much compassion in that perspective. ⁣ What would it look like if we forgave ourselves? What would it feel like if we were loving to ourselves? How would we be if we released what no longer served us? Who would we be if we lived from our hearts?⁣


When I’m in tune with the rhythm of nature, things flow into my life with ease. What’s meant for me comes in like waves at the exact moment it is supposed to, and what isn’t meant for me is carried away from me.⁣ Everything is divinely timed. I am so grateful that I am not forcing myself to feel gratitude. (The irony is not lost on me with that.) I don't have to just get to the good part and deny that the other feelings exist. I have been here before, because I didn’t know how to move through my emotions. I didn’t know how to let go. Guided heart meditations have allowed me to not just feel only the positive emotions. I'm present for the ones I have been trying to push aside or didn't want to face. I gave them the attention they have been waiting for (and they just wait around to be felt, they don't get magically erased), and having properly felt them freed me. Talk about simple.
